Booking Appointments:

Clients must book appointments in advance.

Appointments can be made via phone, email, or direct messaging through official channels.

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments.

 Cancellation and Rescheduling:

Clients must provide at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable, meaning a new deposit will be required for rescheduled appointments.

Health and Safety:

Clients must be in good health at the time of their appointment.

The studio adheres to strict hygiene and sanitation practices.

Only individuals receiving services are allowed in the tattooing area unless a client requires assistance.

Design and Custom Work:

Custom tattoo designs require a consultation.

Any changes to custom designs must be finalized before the tattooing session.

Minors and Legal Requirements:

Clients must meet legal age requirements for tattoos in their jurisdiction.

Parental consent is required for clients under the legal age, with specific documentation as required by law.

Payment:

Full payment is due upon completion of the tattoo session.

Payments can be made in cash or by credit/debit card (if applicable).

Aftercare:

Clients will receive detailed aftercare instructions after their tattoo session.

Follow-up consultations are available for any questions or concerns about aftercare.

Ethical Standards:

The studio maintains a professional and respectful environment.

Discriminatory behavior or requests will not be tolerated.

Photography and Promotion:

The studio reserves the right to photograph tattoos for promotional purposes unless otherwise specified by the client.

Feedback and Concerns:

Clients are encouraged to provide feedback and address any concerns directly with the studio management.

These policies aim to protect both the studio and its clients while ensuring a positive and professional tattooing experience at Xquisit Ink. 

Payment Policy:

We prefer cash for tattoo sessions, as processing fees have become excessive.

If you choose to pay with a card, a processing fee will be added to your total at the end of your session.

Please plan accordingly and feel free to ask any questions prior to your appointment.

Deposits:

All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Your deposit secures your appointment time and is for the tattoo discussed at booking. Deposits cover our time — not just the tattoo itself.

We will not begin working on any design until the deposit is paid.

If you drastically change your tattoo (size, concept, or price range) after paying a deposit, we reserve the right to keep the original deposit and require a new one.

Moving forward, deposit amounts will be based on the number of hours required for your tattoo, not a flat $50–$100.

If you book a larger tattoo and change to something significantly smaller or cheaper last minute, we reserve the right to charge the session minimum, which is the minimum amount quoted for the original piece.

Deposits are NON-TRANSFERABLE.

Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Shows:

If you cannot make your appointment and do not reschedule within 24 hours, your deposit will be forfeited. At that point, it is considered a cancellation, not a reschedule.

No-shows will no longer be tattooed. This has not been a frequent issue, but it is being reinforced.

Late Policy:

If you are running late, please message us as soon as possible.

If you are more than 15 minutes late with no communication, we reserve the right to cancel the appointment and require you to rebook for another time.

Gift Certificates:

Gift certificates are NON-REFUNDABLE.

If you plan on using one for an upcoming session, please let us know at booking.

You must bring the physical gift certificate or the email version if purchased online.

Gift certificates cannot be combined with flash, last-minute openings, or any other discounted deals where time is already being offered at a reduced rate.

Guests:
You’re welcome to bring guests to your session. If you bring a child under 13, another adult must be present to supervise them at all times.
